The area around the fortress city of White Citadel is experiencing an unprecedented outbreak of freak weather, unlike anything its citizens have seen before.
Although the people of White Citadel are well used to extreme weather conditions, they have experienced one of the harshest winters in living memory, with communications cut off for months on end by unrelenting heavy snowfalls.
